3. Consultation Services
Clinical herbal consultations are educational wellness services designed to provide personalized herbal and lifestyle recommendations based on information voluntarily provided by the client.
Recommendations may be informed by traditional herbal assessment methods, including tissue state evaluation, tongue assessment, and iridology, when appropriate.
Clients are solely responsible for determining whether to implement any recommendations and should consult their healthcare provider before making changes to medications, treatments, or healthcare plans.
4. Payment Policy
Payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve an appointment.
All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
5. Refund Policy
All consultation fees, deposits, and service payments are non-refundable.
Once a consultation has been booked, no refunds will be provided for cancellations, missed appointments, dissatisfaction with services, or unused services.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule appointments by providing at least 48 hours' notice prior to their scheduled appointment time.
If a client cancels with less than 48 hours' notice, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-show"), the entire deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
7. Technical Difficulties
If a consultation is interrupted due to technical issues, internet outages, platform failures, or loss of connection beyond the client's control, every reasonable effort will be made to reconnect.
If the consultation cannot be completed due to technical difficulties, the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
8. User Responsibility
By using this website and participating in consultations, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own health decisions, actions, and results.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during consultations and understand that recommendations are based on the information provided.
